Whether you are building a home or renovating with us as your house builder, there are many exciting decisions to be made by you.

Below are examples of house finishings to choose - tiles, kitchens, bathroom finishings, lighting etc. As a custom home builder we will give you an allowance (within your budget) to enable you to choose your own interior design, finishings and home décor. You may want to repeat elements throughout your house and garden eg lighting, similar tiles for interior and exterior, a japanese style house with japanese landscaping etc. The design choice is yours!

We will give you a budget cost per metre of tile; a cost for the kitchen and a cost for the lighting fixtures and you will be able to choose your own from anywhere in Australia, whatever you like!

The interior design and home décor will be left entirely up to you if you like! We can also point you in the right direction of where to buy at good prices, or suggest tiles, kitchens, bathroom finishings etc if you choose us as your home builder or renovator.
