Chateaux Homes is the trading name of Chattels Building
Contractors Pty Ltd. We are a private company, incorporated in 1996. Prior
to this time we worked in partnerships with other builders home building.
George Garbiec is the director and owner of Chateaux Homes and has over
30 years experience in the building industry. He has worked as a house
builder for decades, prior to that he was in commercial building. He took
part in building some of Melbourne's prominent buildings in the city.
George has training as an Engineer and a Builder. Consequently, all house plans are drafted professionally in AutoCAD and all building construction is according to Australian Building Codes.
We specialise in building new homes our home design or yours, renovations and extensions.
Home building can be costly, so as your house builder we give you the choice as to the the level of our involvement - that is, we can do EVERYTHING for you from home design to construction to landscaping; or we are also flexible enough to just look after one aspect of building construction eg up to lock-up stage (you can then employ your own contractors to finish off the house inside).
